Returns of defective furniture or false in the order from our store will be accepted within 7 days from the day of receipt and after phone contact with our store at 2421027321. Return costs are covered by our store, in this case, the products must be returned in their original condition (packaging) upon receipt.

It is the obligation of our store to thoroughly inspect the products for faults and if they were found, we will repair or replace, free of charge. Our store is not responsible for the damage of the product occured, during the shipping of other transport agencies.

Since our products are made exclusively according to your needs, there is NO possibility of refund unless the order  was incorrect from the beginning.
